Refunds and Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for an exchange only for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the package at email@example.com to inform us of the damage. We will provide you with a return address as well as instructions. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement.
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm & Saturday 9am – 2pm PST
The First Class shipping as well as Priority Mail shipping offer tracking. However, Priority Mail offers a $50.00 insurance. Tracking information will be emailed once the order has been shipped.
Domestic: $4.95 First Class Mail
$8.95 Priority Mail
International: $14.95 Priority International Mail
All shipping charges include a handling fee.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
